We manage a roster across music and arts.

Behind every maker is a business, and that business is where we work. We set the direction and keep everyone around the maker moving with it. The deals, the people, the daily back and forth. We sit in it with our makers and think out loud with them, especially on the decisions that don't have an obvious right answer. We tend to ask the harder question first.

The maker stays in charge. You set the course and keep the final say. We handle the rest.

Next to the roster, we work on a project basis with individuals and companies. Advice, strategy and support, in music and arts and in the business around them.
